You'll get a proper barcode section without any further steps. ViisasEAN is by far the easiest way to create functional GTIN/EAN13 barcodes on product packages an ISBN and ISSN barcodes on publications: just write asterisk + 13 numbers + asterisk (for example: *6417547157168*), choose some of ViisasEAN fontfaces, and that's it.
